Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal systems.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to coordinate resources and streamline processes.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure projects meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in HVAC, plumbing, or sheet metal construction.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Experience managing both office and field operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to or already based in the Jacksonville, FL area is preferred.
