Mechanical Project Manager – Tampa, FL A leading mechanical contracting company in Tampa, Florida is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional with strong HVAC and plumbing experience who wants to work for a respected, long-standing contractor with projects throughout the Central Florida region.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC and plumbing systems, from preconstruction through closeout
- Prepare and track project budgets, schedules, and submittals
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee material procurement, subcontractor performance, and project documentation
- Review change orders, RFIs, and progress billings
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management
- Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial or institutional settings
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 – $150,000, depending on experience
- Annual performance-based bonus
