It began with a review of our CRM system and how we use it. We are now working with a new partner to implement a user friendly, fully integrated solution. For our candidates, this will mean getting a job through WRS will be even easier, including providing us with any relevant documentation and connecting to your dedicated Consultant. For our clients, you’ll find it simple to instruct WRS on your requirements, select the candidates you need and organise mobility and payroll solutions. Many of our processes will become automated and you’ll be able to access your own personalised portal to manage recruitment processes or job opportunities.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg. We’ve also invested in improvements to our network speed, our phone systems and our job board access. We want to give our clients the best possible service and connect them to those hard-to find candidates in our specialist industries – Technology, Maritime, Energy, Mining and Commodities.
Internally, we’re constantly working on improving processes, especially in light of new technology that can improve the way we work. We are an ISO certified organisation which, as part of the accreditation, calls for a commitment to continuous improvement.
