In 2018 WRS embarked in a partnership with Van Oord to provide full manpower solutions for Marine crew in all functions across their entire fleet. Established in 1868, Van Oord are a family-owned company with a wide international presence in dredging, offshore, offshore wind and marine contracting. They bring precision engineering expertise to construct offshore wind farms, preparing the world’s seabeds and ocean floors, and to creating new land for a vast array of commercial and public sector projects. Having 150 years of experience as an international marine contractor who value open communication with their partners, we were confident we could meet and hoped to exceed their expectations.
For four years now, we have successfully supported Van Oord’s requirements and supplied manpower to them across all areas of their organisation including global recruitment, payroll, travel, management, and training.
