On behalf of the major oil and gas operator, I am searching for a ICAPS Coordinator, to be office based on a rotation in Uganda. This will be working on a 28/28 day rotation. 

The main activities will include:

  • The candidate will be part of the commissioning team responsible for coordinating and interfacing with contractors and various commissioning disciplines on matters relating to ICAP activities. Multi-disciplinary interface. Interface with project contractors and validation of project documents (commissioning and pre-commissioning) Usage of tools and systems (ICAPS Databases, check/test sheets, OTP) 
  • Issues/Update Sub System List for CSL review and Commissioning Manager approval
  • Ensure Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Dossiers quality & contents are as per company specification.
  • Has a clear understanding of all type of operational and organization documents related to interfaces with other parties (contractor, field operation, drilling …)
  • Responsible for the ICAPS review & verification of Contractors Pre-commissioning/Commissioning database input from Engineering during detail engineering.
