Lead Superintendent – Multifamily Construction ? Location: Houston, TX

Join a top-tier general contractor with a robust pipeline of garden-style and wrap-style developments ranging from $30M to $70M+. We’re seeking a Lead Superintendent who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality residential communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to final inspection.
- Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Maintain and update project schedules; coordinate with PMs and other superintendents.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular toolbox talks.
- Manage site logistics, inspections, and punch lists.
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in multifamily construction (Luxury, Garden Style, Wrap Style).
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
