Position: Mechanical BIM / Revit Designer – HVAC & Plumbing
📍 Location: Tampa, FL
💰 Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000 (depending on experience)

A leading mechanical contractor in the Southeast is seeking an experienced Mechanical BIM / Revit Designer to join its Tampa, FL team. This is a full-time opportunity to work with a reputable HVAC and plumbing contractor known for delivering high-quality mechanical systems on complex commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate 3D mechanical and plumbing models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure model accuracy, constructability, and coordination.
- Prepare fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Participate in clash detection and help resolve coordination issues between disciplines.
- Maintain company BIM standards, workflows, and project documentation to ensure consistency and quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling, drafting, or coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Working knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and industrial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and coordinate effectively across trades.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
