Project Manager – Mechanical Contractor (HVAC) – Fort Myers, FL
A well-established mechanical contracting firm in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC construction projects from start to finish. This is a confidential, full-time opportunity with a reputable and growing company recognized for delivering quality mechanical systems, strong client relationships, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, submittals, procurement, and field coordination
- Collaborate closely with general contractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Support estimating, scheduling, and manpower planning as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, piping, and sheet metal work
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with project management and construction software
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $80,000 – $110,000+ (commensurate with experience)
