A leading commercial mechanical contractor in the Southeast is hiring a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent career growth, competitive compensation, and relocation support for qualified candidates.
About the Role The Mechanical Project Manager will manage all mechanical scopes (HVAC and plumbing) on commercial, institutional, and government construction projects ranging from $5M–$35M+. The role involves overseeing project budgets, schedules, and coordination across all teams to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical project management efforts for HVAC and plumbing systems
- Oversee budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders
- Collaborate closely with field teams, vendors, engineers, and subcontractors
- Maintain communication between project stakeholders and internal departments
- Support estimating, preconstruction, and procurement processes as needed

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects

- Experience with a mechanical contractor or MEP subcontractor preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Tallahassee, FL (relocation assistance provided)
