Mechanical Sales Representative (Orlando, FL)
We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Sales Representative to join a well-established mechanical contractor based in Orlando, FL. This company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical construction and service solutions across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business development and managing existing client relationships within the mechanical construction and service sectors. This individual will collaborate closely with operations and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with owners, GCs, and end-users in the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida markets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new mechanical construction and service opportunities.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
- Partner with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project transitions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in mechanical/HVAC sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, service/maintenance).
- Established network within the commercial construction and/or mechanical service industry in Florida is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
