Position: Regional General Manager

Location: Erbil
Summary
Follow up and facilitate the execution of the company’s overall strategies/plans in Erbil region under the supervision of concerned executives.
This includes cooperation and coordination with executives to achieve regional targets, with full administrative responsibility for regional operations and direct supervision of Sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all regional operations in coordination with the management team.
- Fully responsible for achieving regional KPIs in terms of sales, active subscribers and revenues.
- Provide monthly reports to headquarters on the allocated functionality.
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are properly implemented in Erbil region.
- Monitor the region’s actual versus budget expenses and provide monthly reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with the region’s management and staff to enhance engagement and motivation, maintaining close contact between the staff/management in the region and the head office. This will include coaching and mentoring support for the region’s leadership.
- Recommend operational changes within the allocated functionality in response to changing conditions.
- Provide feedback and analysis on competitor activities.
- Provide timely business risk advice regarding potential risk issues in the region.
- Responsible for all regional expenses.

Required Qualifications:
-Native Kurdish & fluent in Kurdish & Arabic
-Bachelor or Master in a relevant field.
-Min 7-10 years of relevant experience.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ERP or CRM system knowledge is a plus.
– Understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis in the Erbil/northern Iraq region is an advantage.
– Proven experience in sales management, business development, and administrative operations within a corporate or regional office environment.
