Senior Planner – Sweden
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join a dynamic team on-site in Boden, Sweden. Working on the construction or a large hydrogen facility, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a large-scale project by developing, managing, and optimizing the project schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact mega project in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The role will be offered on a 12 month renewable contract, rotating 6/1 to site, paying a day rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the integrated project schedule.
- Supervise and support site contractors with planning and forecasting.
- Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning stakeholders.
- Provide detailed planning analyses, progress reports, and schedule updates.
- Ensure schedule alignment through coordination with area managers and site teams.
- Identify and mitigate schedule risks proactively.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5–10 years’ experience in project planning, preferably on large or mega projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Right to work in Sweden
- Strong project management, budgeting, and resource planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage complexity.
