Can you believe that we are already at the end of January?!

Despite it being the 1st month of the year, we already have lots of things happening at WRS…

Post-Christmas Celebrations

Each quarter our consultants can attend WRS’ lunch clubs if they achieve their KPIs. The club lunch is a chance to celebrate and reward WRS’s top billers for their hard work and accomplishments.

On Friday the 6th of February the club lunch takes place for our UK team. This quarter the club lunch includes food at Zouk, Oxford Street and will be followed by cocktails and ball games at Roxy Ball Room.

Carbon Neutral Journey

Investing in our planet empowers a brighter future for all.

This year see’s the launch of the WRS Climate Agenda. By leveraging our team, suppliers, clients, and candidates we are striving to create a more sustainable business that will have a positive impact across the globe.

Climate science says we must halve global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2030 and reach net zero by 2050 to avoid the worst effects of climate change. At WRS we are already implementing processes and initiatives to help achieve this goal. To find out more, click here.

WRS’s Climate Committee currently consists of Mark Brown, Emma Upton, Sinead Street, Sharon Dunleavy and Melissa Walsh. If you’d like to be part of our climate initiatives for 2023 and beyond, please email sinead.s@worldwide-rs.com.

Office Branding Phase 1

In February things will start to look a little different at our HQ in Altrincham, as we launch our first phase of the office branding project. The first phase of office branding is focused on creating a cohesive, professional, and inviting atmosphere as you go up the stairs and enter the main office floor.

We’d like to thank Emma Upton, Sharon Dunleavy, Sinead Street and Melissa Walsh who have all been involved in designing and ordering office signage that reflects the company's culture, values and goals.

Have your say…

This year we want your say in the chosen charity for 2023!

If you would like to choose a charity that WRS can support, please take a few minutes to research a charity that speaks to you. Once you have found a charity that you are interested in, please share it with sinead.s@worlwide-rs.comand explain why it is meaningful to you.

We will then discuss as a team and choose the charity that the majority of us feel most passionate about.
