Hi, I'm Lydia and my main role within the contractor care team involves looking after our contractors and being their main point of contact throughout their contract. I make sure any of their needs/requirements are addressed promptly. Building relationships with our contractors is one of the many reasons WRS sets us apart from other agencies.
For me, the best thing about working for WRS is the people here. Everyone looks after each other and it’s just a really nice environment to be in!
My dream dinner party guests would be Nick Grimshaw (because he’s hilarious), Harry Styles, and Blake Lively.
If I wasn’t in recruitment I would probably be doing something in interiors.
If I won the lottery I would buy a big farmhouse in the countryside and a new holiday home in Majorca or Ibiza for my family to use all year round!
