Position: Contracts Advisor

Job Description:
 
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Consultant to operate as a representative for contract proponents, overseeing the development and management of contracts. The successful candidate will provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from initial conception to termination or service completion.
 
Key Duties:

• Offer technical counsel and assistance to contract proponents from contract inception to conclusion, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead and contribute to the creation of engineering and financial assessments to determine the viability of contract services, exploring alternative options where necessary.
• Coordinate the preparation of comprehensive analyses, covering company risk, bidder qualifications, and scopes of work for diverse contract services.
• Act as the representative for contract proponents or assign delegates to the bid review team, responsible for establishing a pragmatic company stance on contract terms and negotiating these terms effectively.
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with exposure to large-scale projects.
