Corporate Counsel 
Minneapolis, Minnesota (Hybrid) 

Our client is looking to add a Corporate Counsel to play an integral role in drafting and reviewing the core contracts required for each of their clean energy projects.


Responsibilities: 
  • Enterprise-wide transactions lead: Project manager for all transactions
  • Document Review: First-line drafter and reviewer of all equity, debt, PPA, EPC, sourcing, SaaS, subscription, and real estate transaction documents
  • Document Production: Coordinate the creation and organization of transaction documents
  • Legal support: Work with legal team to provide services as needed
  • Contract Management: Comfortable using contract management software such as Ironclad

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in clean energy corporate law (understanding of renewable energy transactions, real estate & corporate law)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently
  • Curious and self-aware mindset are a must
