Your Role:
  • Transmission Mastery: Lead transmission analysis, guiding strategic decisions and project siting. Navigate complex RTO/ISO markets with ease.
  • Power Flow Expertise: Drive transmission studies and power flow analysis to support development. Your insights will be the foundation of our success.
  • Interconnection Navigator: Master interconnection requests and agreements, ensuring project viability. Your expertise will be crucial for seamless integration.

Qualifications:
  • Transmission Trailblazer: 3+ years in transmission planning and power flow analysis. You're a true expert in the field.
  • Simulation Savvy: Proficient with Power World, TARA, PSS/E. You know these tools like the back of your hand.
  • Interconnection Insight: Understanding of ISO interconnection processes. Your knowledge will drive our connectivity.
  • Grid Visionary: Knowledge of US transmission systems and expansion plans. You see the big picture.
  • Technical Navigator: Substation design and power system protection experience. You know the terrain and can navigate it flawlessly.
  • Communication Pro: You can convey complex ideas with clarity to people with diverse backgrounds.
Compensation, Benefits & Location
•              Base Salary $160-185K
•              Excellent health insurance with 100% paid premiums
•              Generous PTO / sick leave
•              Hybrid Work Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and a 3rd day of your choosing in office in Chicago
