Role: Dynamics Simulations Lead
Location: London OR Edinburgh/Aberdeen (Hybrid)
Permanent

Lead and coordinate small agile process teams to develop and implement proactive solutions for clients.
Build and run process dynamic simulations to solve problems effectively.

Qualifications/Skills/Competencies:
  • Engineering degree, Masters, or equivalent in Chemical Engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer status with relevant professional institution.
  • Comprehensive experience in executing and managing front-end and conceptual engineering studies.
  • Extensive experience in HYSYS Dynamics and/or Unisim Dynamics, along with PipeNet or similar liquid surge programs.
  • Understanding of process control theory.
  • Appreciation of flow assurance/multi-phase flow aspects is beneficial.
  • Strong coordination, coaching/mentoring, and supervisory skills.
  • Experience in preparation of Tender Submissions, Proposals, and CTRs.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in client interfacing and supporting business development requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert on process dynamics, supporting both the business process team and clients.
