Hydraulic Workover (HWO) Jack Operator - Saudi Arabia

On behalf of a major drilling services company, WRS are looking for Hydraulic Workover Supervisors to work in Saudi Arabia on a contract, rotational basis. This will be a rotational position (60/30), paying a day rate in USD. 

The role will focus on multiple onshore unconventional gas projects.

Job Duties 

• Mentor and trains Service Operators and Assistants, and provides behavior based performance coaching, including performance reviews;
• Supervises the delivery of services in accordance with Customer's design and KPI's initiating change management when required, and promotes excellent Customer relations at the worksite 
• Holds Pre & Post Job safety meetings defining risks to personnel and the environment and promotes process improvements and best practices 
• Responsible for ensuring well control and performing well control calculations before and during job 
• Assists in implementation of new technology
• Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators during the equipment rig up and rig down on location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job
• Works with support functions to ensure a high level of equipment operating efficiency and readiness 
• Utilizes real-time data under dynamic job conditions and communicates results to personnel on location
• Perform and complete preventative maintenance on HWO/Associated equipment 
• Responsible for all post job data 

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience working in Hydraulic Workover Operations essential
• Previous experience on unconventional gas projects highly desireable
• Must possess the ability understand to Well Bore schematic, analyze computer programs and operational procedures
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English language
