Responsibilities:
- Train external service providers in equipment and assembly documentation for construction projects, both national and international.
- Provide on-site training for wind turbine installation.
- Document briefings and support the construction team throughout the project.
- Evaluate construction team members for certification.
- Optimise development processes within the team.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and documentation requirements.
- Minimise rework and contribute to special projects.
- Completion of technical (mechanical or electrical) training.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience, preferably in wind turbines.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Effective communication and goal-oriented mindset.
- Decision-making ability, flexibility, and a team player.
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver's license (class B).
