The clients training department is a decentralised training unit, it offers a pioneering training concept that ensures optimum training for all service staff and installation engineers worldwide. All trainers and instructors train participants in the areas of installation, maintenance and servicing of wind turbine by using different learning methods.

Simulation with original components enables practical learning sessions that take into account all relevant health and safety requirements. The aim is to optimise processes and make them more efficient, thus providing their customers with the best possible service.

The training concept is implemented by well-trained instructors who pass on their comprehensive knowledge as part of our training programme. All instructors have methodological-didactic training and in-depth specialist knowledge. This knowledge is refreshed at regular intervals. Through close cooperation with their suppliers, they can guarantee that the trainers are educated by the respective manufacturers.


Your Responsibilities

• Instruction of external service providers in our equipment and assembly documentation on national and international construction sites
• Further training in the field of installation of wind turbines on site in the project
• Documentation of the briefings
• Support of the construction team during the entire construction process
• Evaluation of individual employees of the construction team for the issuance of our construction certificate
• Optimization of the development processes of the development team
• Monitoring of our requirements with regard to occupational safety and installation documentation
• Avoidance of rework
• Participation in special projects

Your qualification

• Successfully completed technical (mechanical or electrical) training
• At least 5 years of technical professional experience, ideally in the field of wind turbines
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good technical understanding
• Communicative, goal-oriented and assertive
• Structured and independent work
• Decision-making, flexible and a team player
• High willingness to travel (90%) with frequent assignment changes
• Driving licence class B
