We are looking for a Land Acquisition professional with a focus on Onshore Wind and PV to be based in Hamburg or Berlin.

Responsibilities:

Establish, expand, and nurture networks with property owners, municipal representatives, and stakeholders.
Monitor planning projects and identify opportunities aligned with objectives.
Organise and conduct meetings with stakeholders, ensuring follow-up.
Maintain regular presence at area events and meetings.
Assist in area identification and evaluation, collaborating with colleagues and external consultants.
Negotiate and finalise lease agreements.
Enhance existing processes and tools continuously.

Profile:

Proficient in identifying usable areas.
Preferably experienced in land acquisition related to wind or photovoltaics.
Strong interpersonal skills for building sustainable networks.
Sales experience and comfort with fieldwork.
Independent, confident, and committed.
Effective communicator and negotiator with stakeholders.
Possession of a Class B driver's license for flexibility and presence.
