We are looking for a Land Acquisition professional with a focus on Onshore Wind and PV to be based in Hamburg or Berlin.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish, expand, and nurture networks with property owners, municipal representatives, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor planning projects and identify opportunities aligned with objectives.
  • Organise and conduct meetings with stakeholders, ensuring follow-up.
  • Maintain regular presence at area events and meetings.
  • Assist in area identification and evaluation, collaborating with colleagues and external consultants.
  • Negotiate and finalise lease agreements.
  • Enhance existing processes and tools continuously.
Profile:
  • Proficient in identifying usable areas.
  • Preferably experienced in land acquisition related to wind or photovoltaics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building sustainable networks.
  • Sales experience and comfort with fieldwork.
  • Independent, confident, and committed.
  • Effective communicator and negotiator with stakeholders.
  • Possession of a Class B driver's license for flexibility and presence.
