Your Role:
As the Electrical Engineering Team Lead, you'll be at the forefront of managing a dedicated team of engineers and designers. Your mission will be to guide them through every step of our projects, from conception to completion. Your friendly leadership style will create a positive work environment, fostering growth, learning, and teamwork to achieve common goals.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with project management, clients, and other disciplines to ensure project objectives are met.
• Embrace your leadership skills to mentor and guide junior engineers within the program.
• Foster strong relationships with project management and clients to ensure satisfaction and progress.
• Effectively communicate within the team and management through written and verbal means.
• Provide top-notch electrical engineering services that align with both Worley's and our customers' needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Your engineering expertise, backed by 5+ years of relevant experience and a recognized engineering degree.
• A solid grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals and a good understanding of other engineering domains.
• Familiarity with local and international standards, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in specialized electrical engineering software and general tools like the MS Office Suite.
• Practical experience in multi-disciplinary projects and team settings.

Preferred Skills:

• Hold a Professional Engineer status to bring an added level of expertise.
