Job description

Position: Construction Project Manager (Mechanical and Plumbing)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction projects from bid to client acceptance.
  • Ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule.
  • Liaison between trades, client reps, and subcontractors.
  • Support field employees for project completion.
  • Conduct project meetings, manage billings, and coordinate project documentation.
  • Manage manpower schedule, subcontractors, and provide technical assistance.
  • Monitor project costs and address punch list items promptly.
Requirements/Experience:

  • Four-year engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum four years' project management in commercial construction.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction aspects, including technology, equipment, and safety.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Safety Requirements:

  • Execute tasks safely, wearing necessary protective equipment.
  • Complete required safety training.
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform various physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs. Dexterity of fingers required.
