Position: Construction Project Manager (Mechanical and Plumbing)
- Oversee construction projects from bid to client acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Liaison between trades, client reps, and subcontractors.
- Support field employees for project completion.
- Conduct project meetings, manage billings, and coordinate project documentation.
- Manage manpower schedule, subcontractors, and provide technical assistance.
- Monitor project costs and address punch list items promptly.
- Four-year engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum four years' project management in commercial construction.
- Thorough knowledge of construction aspects, including technology, equipment, and safety.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Execute tasks safely, wearing necessary protective equipment.
- Complete required safety training.
- Ability to perform various physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs. Dexterity of fingers required.
