My client a rapidly growing name in the Renewable energy infrastructure sector are currently undergoing a very dynamic start up phase, searching the market for experienced Project Developement Manager to oversee a brand new team of developers in the Berlin office

What You'll Do:

• Drive the coordination and delivery of workstreams for Wind, Solar, and Batterie projects in Germany.
• Position yourself as the go-to expert, supporting Business Development and M&A teams with your expertise.
• Collaborate across functions, managing external relationships, and navigating project lifecycles.
• Identify and manage project sites, external experts, and resources for due diligence and technical activities.
• Stay ahead by extending your professional qualifications to meet the evolving needs of our expanding business.

What You'll Need:

• Experience Overseeing a team and having hands off experience 
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in planning and developing photovoltaic, wind energy, or battery storage projects.
• Independent, goal-oriented working style with a proactive approach.
• Fluent in German (C1) and good (B1) written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel and attend evening events.
