WRS is working with a leading provider of solar energy systems to business throughout the UK, are looking to recruit a talented Operations Manager to head their installation operations in the East Of England.

The successful candidate will run installation projects and will manage the operations teams in their region for this established and ambitious renewable energy company. They will be responsible for delivering a premium solar pv installation service for systems in the 50kW to 1,500kW size range. They will ensure the highest standard of operational and health and safety compliance, positive on-site client relationships and the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
 
The candidate will be required to travel to client premises across their geography. They will be required to organise and develop on site installation teams under their control. The role will interface with the clients project planning and purchasing systems to ensure efficient logistics and a smooth installation process.

You will be:

-Be a hands-on and practised Operations Manager ideally from a solar PV installation.
-Large scale electrical installation or a related sector background.
-They will be a self-starter, confident and a good leader.
-Technical knowledge of mid-scale solar PV systems, health and safety certificates such as ISOH or NEBOSH and electrical qualifications will be an advantage.
-Be able to bring on board solar energy installation teams from the off and will be capable of growing installation capacity in line with the positive increase in demand that the Company is experiencing.
