Our client operates drilling jack-ups in Mexico and is seeking a Performance Manager to enhance both onshore and offshore operations. This role involves managing the Roving Performance Team and onshore QHSE team, focusing on continuous improvement, risk management, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement performance strategies.
-Oversee rig site verifications.
-Identify and mitigate risks.
-Coordinate QHSE audits and incident reporting.
-Promote a positive work environment and culture of safety.
-Drive continuous improvement and accountability.
-Collaborate across departments to achieve goals.
-Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
-6-8 years in performance management within the oil and gas industry.
-Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
-Proficient in performance management software and data analysis.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to travel as required.
