Are you an Onshore Wind Consultant looking for the next step in your career?

My client are a leading global independent energy and marine consultancy working in energy and oceans to de-risk and drive the energy transition across the renewable energy sector. They are looking for a Onshore Wind Consultant to join their team in the UK with offices in London, Brighton. The ideal candidate will be able to commute to either of these two locations. 

You will will work as a senior figure within teams of multi-disciplined engineers, analysts, and specialists, developing and working with my clients global capability. This role will report to the Head of Onshore Wind and will have a primary connection to wind, but will also support storage, solar PV and hydrogen projects as required.

Key Responsibilities;

• Delivering projects with a high standard to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our clients and an outstanding quality of deliverable, including: Technical Due Diligence, Owners Engineering and Analysis services.
• Managing project key performance indicators and budgets as well as teams to ensure optimal delivery of projects.
• Ensure project work and technical quality standards are maintained through QA/QC processes, and with a commitment to driving continuous improvement internally.
• TO be active in business development and represent my client.

 
Essential requirements;

• 8+ years of experience with a passion for renewables, and onshore wind in particular.
• Qualified to a Bachelors or Master’s Degree level in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• A successful track record of project-managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Broad technical knowledge including contracts, yield, grid, planning, etc.
• A successful track record of project managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience as Independent Engineer, Lender’s TA, Owner’s Engineer.
