Role: Procurement Specialist
Location: Paris
Contract: 12 Months (Renewable)
This role will be reporting directly to the client representative and collaborating closely with the teams of the Project & Equipment Procurement and Indirect Procurement divisions, as well as with assistants from other procurement sectors, the role involves coordinating the operations of these two divisions.

This role will be reporting directly to the client representative and collaborating closely with the teams of the Project & Equipment Procurement and Indirect Procurement divisions, as well as with assistants from other procurement sectors, the role involves coordinating the operations of these two divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the schedules of the directors, prioritising appointments, board meetings, gatherings, and travel arrangements, including visa applications, reservations, and expense reports.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, interns, apprentices, and contractors, handling office logistics, relocations, and necessary authorizations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to teams, aiding in meeting organization, event coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Draft notes, letters, and documents, as well as compile and format dashboards.
- Oversee procurement orders for the divisions, ensuring the conformity of deliveries and tracking orders from suppliers.
- Update communication materials for the divisions, such as organizational charts and presentations.
- Monitor training activities and handle registrations and logistics accordingly.
- Track division costs, Requests for Services (RFS), and invoicing in collaboration with Cost Control.
