Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and development of onshore wind energy projects, spanning from land acquisition to construction preparedness.
• Ensure land acquisition, permits, grid connections, and remuneration are secured via EEG auctions or PPA contracts.
• Assess location factors, project design, technology selection, and economic drivers while navigating financing models.
• Foster relationships with planning authorities, municipalities, legal advisors, and landowners.
• Develop practical solutions collaboratively and maintain project progress tracking and adjustments.

Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in identifying and securing new project opportunities and suitable areas.
• Capable of managing colleagues, external consultants, and project partners.
• Skilled in creating necessary maps, topographic sections, visualizations, and plans using tools like WindPRO.
• Experienced in communication with municipalities, landowners, consultants, and partners.
• Proficient in contract negotiations and drafting.
• Knowledgeable in technical, regulatory, and commercial aspects of project evaluation.
• Strong networking abilities to support and advance new business activities.
