Project Development Manager 
San Antonio, Texas

My client is looking to add an experienced Project Development Manager to join their growing team in San Antonio, Texas. 

The Project Development Manager will develop, lead, and manage all aspects of land and project development for my clients current and future projects utility scale solar projects. 

Qualifications: 

• 4 - 5 years experience of hands-on Solar Project Development (Real Estate) experience. 
• Previous landman experience is preferred 
• Basic legal and contractual experience as well as negotiation experience is a must. 
• Familiarity with environmental studies, ESA, and RECs.
• Must be familiar with crossing, easements, ROW, leasing, land acquisitions, and mineral waivers agreements
• Travel up to 50%.
