Our client is seeking a Senior and a Junior Project Development Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
 

• Drive MW development to Ready-to-Build status.
• Manage co-development projects with external partners.
• Proactively solve partner developers' project issues.
• Provide up-to-date project development reporting.
• Obtain timely management approvals for project progression.
• Monitor project budgets and deadlines.
• Assist in due diligence for portfolio acquisition/partnership negotiation.
• Utilise expertise in permitting Solar and Wind projects for portfolio assessment.
• Maintain granular knowledge of permitting for dissemination within the RES team.
• Support cross-cutting topics impacting RES team expertise (e.g., BESS, AgriPV).

 
We're looking for someone who brings more than just skills to the table:
 

• Granular knowledge of Project development steps, including permitting, land contract, grid connection.
• Proactive in continuous improvement.
• Experience in utility-scale solar and wind projects development/acquisitions.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficient in project management tools and reporting.
• Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
