Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage utility-scale solar renewables energy projects, with a specific focus on electrical systems and components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives, emphasizing utility-scale solar energy integration.
  • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems optimized for utility-scale solar applications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for large-scale solar projects.
  • Ensure projects adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations, with a focus on utility-scale solar developments.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams in the utility-scale solar energy sector.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer in utility-scale solar renewables energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and their application to utility-scale solar energy projects.
  • Proficient in using engineering software and tools relevant to large-scale solar energy systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Requirements:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Familiarity with utility-scale solar energy codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
