Project Local Representative - Angola

On behalf of a major EPC company, WRS are looking for a Project Local Representative to work in Angola on a contract, rotational basis. This will be a 6-9 month contract with the potential for extension, working on a 5/3 rotation, paying a day rate in EURO.

The role will be supporting the ongoing operations of an FPSO project in-country  

Job Duties:

• Support Client with Company Provided Items identification at Sonils and Sonamet
• Support Client with Company Provided Items inspection at Sonils and Sonamet
• Support Client with Company Provided Items recertification campaign at Sonils and Sonamet
• Populate Project Equipment List with input from Company Provided Items inspection
• Main point of contact in-country to support project team in Paris within the readiness of the offshore campaign
• Liaise with local sub-contract
• Liaise with Local Agent
• As part of the project operations team, be involved with vessel local mobilization / demobilization

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience working on offshore projects, ideally experience in Subsea operations
• Fluency in English, Portuguese would be an advantage
