Job Description:

Seeking a Project Manager with AHCA experience for healthcare construction projects & Commercial General Construction. Responsible for project management from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with AHCA/State/Federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial/healthcare construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA regulations and guidelines.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial/healthcare construction experience within Commercial/Healthcare & AHCA projects.
• AHCA Healthcare Construction Supervisor License preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
