Role: Safety Advisor
Location:  Denmark
Contract: 12 Months (Renewable)
 
Scope of Work:
  • Lead the application of Human & Organisational Factor strategies to optimise safety in offshore operations.
  • Develop and execute safety culture initiatives with internal and external partners.
  • Coordinate project teams, contractors, and consultants for streamlined operations.
  • Offer specialised guidance on safety culture, human reliability, and incident responses.
  • Conduct routine safety assessments and audits offshore.
  • Implement effective resolutions for identified safety concerns.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, regulators, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Background/Qualification/Experience:
  • Hold a Master's Degree or equivalent in Human Factors, Safety, Engineering, Management, or similar field.
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in human factors engineering, with a preference for offshore or energy sector experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing complex projects within designated timelines and budgets.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Human Factors engineering, safety culture, and incident investigation principles and regulations.
  • Be willing to travel offshore as necessary.
