Reporting to the Divisional Manager, a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant (SRC) will work as part of a dynamic and multinational team within WRS.
 
The Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant is responsible for identifying and attracting new business to WRS whilst building relationships to gain a better understanding of their clients’ recruitment needs and requirements. Once those needs and requirements have been identified and terms agreed, the Senior 360 Recruitment consultant will be responsible for filling roles, maintaining relationships with both client and candidate, and staying ahead of market knowledge.  With these responsibilities, their position plays a crucial role in any company's growth and success.


This role will suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant seeking a more qualitative role, an existing business development consultant or a professional with the necessary attributes.
