On behalf of a oil major WRS are searching for a Senior Claims Specialist /Contracts Engineer to work on a residential basis in Paris. The role will be offered on a annual renewable contract working office based hours.

Successful Candidates require:
EU Passport holder
French Speaking
Contract and procurement professional with Claim resolution experiences, i.e. more than 15 years in contract management and 10 years projects experience within major international projects, preferably oil and gas;
Excellent contract understanding and knowledge including tendering, execution and close out phases
Good understanding of legal civil and common law system;
Good understanding of all aspects of the project: planning, time impact, quantum, costs, risk management, project management, technical;
Very good understanding of dispute resolution and negotiation process;
Ability to manage heavy workload in a fast pace and dispute environment;
Independent thinking, vision, creativity, influencing skills, decision making;
Ability to interact with high level and challenging stakeholders;
