This client has a development pipeline of over 80 projects which totals almost 11GW, which continues to grow.  Since 2019 they have developed sites that will deliver 615MW of Solar Capacity. To support our growth plans, we are seeking a Development Manager to join the development team in securing necessary permissions to enable the construction of renewable energy projects, including ground mounted Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Wind Energy. 


As part of this role, you will be expected to manage direct land searches, build relationships with landowners, take the lead on negotiations. You will be responsible for managing and mitigating project risks and schedules, site surveys and communicating progress to all stakeholders. You will need to prepare reports to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date in a timely manner.

• 5 + years of relevant experience
• Educated/qualified to degree equivalent level
• Relevant PM qualifications (eg PMQ, Prince2) would be advantageous but is not essential
• Full Driver's License
