Responsibilities:
 
We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in Power Generation, where you'll lead strategic initiatives to ensure robust supplier performance management and secure a reliable supply chain for mono pile and jacket foundations across the global offshore wind project pipeline.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee timely establishment of factory upgrades and new fabrication facilities with a primary focus on safety for Monopile and Jacket foundations.
• Develop and manage operational performance of monopile and jacket fabrication suppliers on a global scale.
• Lead technical due diligence of fabrication facilities, including layout, scheduling, and process optimisation.
• Foster trustful and beneficial relationships with suppliers, promoting technical development and supply chain optimisation.
• Engage in risk management and handle escalations/nonconformance claims effectively.
• Monitor and progress factory upgrades and greenfield projects proactively.
• Liaise closely with asset projects to align project requirements with the available supply chain.
• Define, monitor, and benchmark suppliers' performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain a strategic overview of supplier performance across asset projects, supporting timely and safe delivery of products.
• Conduct technical due diligence of fabrication facilities for both new and existing suppliers.
• Motivate and drive team performance while developing team members.
