WRS are supporting one of our clients, who is a leading player across the renewable energy industry, in Solar, Wind and Battery Storage solutions. They are seeking an experienced Strategy Execution Manager based in Germany to join their dynamic team, leading the strategy and business for their Offshore Wind and Battery space. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives that contribute to our growth and innovatio in the offshore wind and battery sectors.

Your responsibilities 

• You lead or participate in projects on the implementation of corporate strategies in offshore wind and battery storage.
• You manage various projects and coordinate with different teams like strategy, finance, legal and engineering.
• You develop tailored market intelligence on offshore wind and hybrid power plants that impact our strategic direction.
• You participate in the reporting to the Management Board. 

Requirements:

• You successfully completed your master’s degree in business administration or engineering.
• You have multiple years of experience in business strategy development, preferable in the energy sector.
• You have first experience within the offshore wind and/or battery storage business.
• You are experienced with owning and driving your own projects and know how to handle different international stakeholders.
• Structured and concise communication style, proficient in synthesising and presenting key messages to board-level stakeholders.
• Proficent in English speaking language.
