Summary:
The "Talent Acquisition Officer " will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier candidates across various roles within the FMCG industry. This role requires a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Officer will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing, to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate resumes, applications, and credentials to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates to verify their qualifications and employment history.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as needed.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and HR stakeholders on recruitment activities, candidate pipeline, and hiring metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to attract top talent.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Solid understanding of talent acquisition principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract candidates.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes.
