Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is technically accountable and responsible for the organization and execution of the optimization of the clients PV assets, primarily revamping. This includes identifying the most efficient solution, tender process, execution and acceptance of work. Close collaboration with the owner of the investment case.

Key Responsibilities;

Lead of the Revamping (Technical optimization) activities
• As the overall PM ensure that all Project Management activities is managed especially for, Planning, Risk, Costs and quality.
• Ensure key milestones are achieved in time, spec, costs and proper quality and needed as built documentations.
• Determination of optimization / revamping opportunities, finding the overall most beneficial economic and technical solution.
• Close collaboration with team members and other departments, understanding the economic and financial boundary conditions during and post optimization / revamping activities.
• Lead the team and keep track of progress in optimization and revamping projects.
• Clear communication of progress and constraints to collaborating from departments and management needed to support your team, focusing on efficient (economically and technically) performance of work.
• Understand and stay within or below budgets.
• Tendering and selection of EPC contractors plus afterwards manage these.
• Manage all important stakeholders especially between contractors, authorities and/or financing partners.

Key Requirements;
 
• Technical / Commercial Education with experience in photovoltaics.
• Strong background in project management with focus on technical and commercial aspects of photovoltaic projects.
• Management experience.
• Ability to combine commercial and technical aspects to find the optimum solution fitting both areas.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both as team member and team leader with the ambition to experience and apply intercultural business measures.
• Use of Italian language as a native speaker.
• Master English language at a full professional level both verbally and in writing.
