We are a leading global recruitment agency specializing in the renewables sector and we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a trainee. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the renewables industry and a desire to learn and develop their skills in recruitment.

  • Assist with sourcing and identifying potential candidates for renewable energy positions
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates under the guidance of a senior consultant
  • Participate in the full recruitment process, including conducting initial candidate screenings and managing candidate communication
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of creative sourcing strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database
  • A strong interest in the renewables industry and a desire to build a career in recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
