VP, Project Development
 
Vision:
 
I need an experienced VP of Project Development to lead and grow a culture of fearless, empowered project developers to help accelerate the deployment of community scale solar and storage solutions.
 
This position requires someone with exceptional communication skills, along with team building, project management, risk evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
 
The role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with hybrid flexibility, however for the right candidate a remote position is possible.
 
As VP of Project Development, you will have experience building and managing project development teams, budgets, and schedules, obtaining site control, resolving title issues, obtaining land use permits, and applying for interconnection agreements.
 
Compensation:

• Total Annual Compensation (Salary + Bonus) of 200K+ based on experience.
