Position: Account Manager

Work type: full- time 
Location:     Erbil
Client:  Global technology and system integration company operating in industrial and telecommunication projects.



Key Responsibilities:

-Foster and maintain crucial customer connections to strengthen partnerships and enhance loyalty.
-Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue streams, identifying new opportunities for business expansion.
-Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with organizational goals for sustainable growth.
-Prioritize customer satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of high-quality products and services, addressing customer concerns promptly, and implementing feedback for continuous improvement.
-Lead and inspire the relevant team to achieve collective goals, providing guidance and support for individual and team success.
-Actively search for new customers and markets, exploring avenues for business growth and diversification.
-Provide comprehensive and insightful reports to senior management, offering key insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.




Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Electric, Electronic, or Telecommunication disciplines.
- Fluent in English & Kurdish.
-Proficient in MS Office programs.
-Strong time and project management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
-Possess a valid driving license and the ability to actively drive for business purposes.
-Preferably residing in Erbil to ensure accessibility and local market understanding.
