Overview of what your role involve:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for expansion or product development.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals. This might include setting sales targets, creating pricing strategies, and defining distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
- Identify and target potential new clients or markets. This could involve attending trade shows, networking events, or partnering with other businesses in the industry.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that your company's products meet the demands of the high-end market. This might involve creating custom designs or special editions.
- If your company has a sales team, you may be responsible for hiring, training, and managing sales representatives. Ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create marketing materials and campaigns that showcase your high-end interior design products. This might include brochures, catalogs, and an online presence.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget with the support of the GM, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve your goals.
- Gather feedback from clients and use it to make continuous improvements to your products and services. High-end clients often have specific and evolving needs.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Ensure that your products and sales practices comply with all relevant regulations and standards in the interior design industry.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners. Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and legally sound.
- High-end clients expect exceptional customer service. Set and maintain high standards for client satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the business and develop strategies to mitigate them.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in related field of Engineering, Business management.
- More than 5 years of Business and Sales development experience in Retail, Designing manufactures and projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic and Kurdish.
- Willing to travel across the cities.
