Due to business growth, WRS is delighted to invite applications for the post of Business Travel Consultant, supporting our Energy division.

What's the opportunity?

As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be dealing with contract personnel within the energy division. You’ll pick up with them after the Recruiters have found them their ideal job, ensuring that they are onboarded and ready to mobilise as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Each client and contractor will have different needs, and there will be different requirements depending on the region they are going from and to, so you need to be able to adapt quickly.

As Business Travel Consultant you will:

  • Be responsible for the co-ordination and mobilisation of WRS contractors globally, including arranging travel logistics, visas and work permits.
  • Monitor and book health screenings, medicals and mandatory training for contractors as required, ensuring that both client and company recording systems are updated and managed.
  • Manage the new starter induction process for contractors as well as contractor’s contract, renewal and amendments.
  • Build relationships with current and potential clients and contractors, acting as key contact for WRS assigned in country contractors.
  • Liaise with ‘in-country’ partners where required and have responsibility for obtaining quotes from ‘in country’ partners where required.
To be successful you will need:

  • Excellent people and relationship building skills – you are the point of contact and representative for WRS so you need to be able to juggle lots of contractor needs and provide the best possible service.
  • Excellent organisation skills – this is a busy job with lots of to learn and remember.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office.
