My client who is a prominent player in the construction and infrastructure industry, is actively seeking an experienced Asphalt Division Manager to lead our operations in Central, FL. As a key member of our leadership team, the Asphalt Division Manager will provide strategic direction, oversee asphalt projects, and manage field personnel, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects in a safe and efficient manner. 

Job Summary: The Asphalt Division Manager will serve as the head of the Asphalt Division, responsible 
for providing leadership, direction, and vision to drive the success of asphalt operations in the OCentral FL. 
area. This role encompasses overall responsibility for the division's performance, including project management, resource allocation, quality control, and client relations. The ideal candidate will possess a 
proven track record in asphalt management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to the growth and success of the division. 

Key Responsibilities: 
1. Division Leadership:
? Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Asphalt Division, aligning objectives with company goals. 
? Develop and implement divisional strategies to enhance performance, profitability, and market presence. 
2. Project Management:
? Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of asphalt projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and timeline standards. 
? Work closely with project managers to provide guidance, support, and problem-solving expertise. 
3. Quality Assurance:
? Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of asphalt construction across all projects. 
? Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality concerns. 
4. Safety Compliance:
? Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures, fostering a culture of safety within the division. 
? Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with industry safety standards. 
5. Resource Management:
? Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including equipment, materials, and personnel. 
? Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of materials and equipment. 
6. Team Leadership:
? Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of asphalt professionals, including project managers and field personnel. 
? Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. 
7. Client Relations:
? Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction. 
? Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues as needed. 
8. Budget Control:
? Monitor divisional budgets and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. 
Qualifications: 
? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 
? Proven experience in asphalt project management with a minimum of 5-10 years in a leadership role. 
? Strong understanding of asphalt construction techniques, materials, and equipment. 
? Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
? Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
