Location: Rome
Contract: 18 Months
The Cost Engineer role involves providing advisory support to the project management team on cost-related activities, acting as a liaison between the Business Team and other project stakeholders.

The Cost Engineer role involves providing advisory support to the project management team on cost-related activities, acting as a liaison between the Business Team and other project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate project issues to Project Manager and Business Administrator.
- Develop and maintain cost reports, cash flow, and contingency analyses for projects.
- Ensure accuracy of cost documents throughout the construction phase.
- Assist in managing AEL values and monitor billable office space.
- Alert relevant offices and project team to critical cost management issues.
- Provide support for additional cost management studies if needed.
- Prepare monthly project updates.
- Review Contractor Progress Payment Certificates.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Cost Management, with minimum 3 years on Mega Capital projects.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
